Anthony Rustin, aka "Tubbo", is locally known as a part owner of Donaldson Creek Hunting Camp located in the Western Kentucky community of Creswell in Caldwell County. December 1, 2009, Anthony D. Rustin was sentenced by Judge Clarence Woodall to five years on trafficking in marijuana more than five pounds and 12 months on drug paraphernalia possession to run concurrent. A motion was granted for appellant bond of $10,000 cash or $20,000 property.
On December 3, 2009, Anthony D. Rustin filed an appeal with the Kentucky Court Of Appeals.

In a news release, the Kentucky State Police announce that they received information of drug activity at 833 Creswell Road in Caldwell County, Kentucky. Further investigation led to the issuance of a search warrant. Following execution of the search warrant, investigating officers located approximately eight and one half pounds of marijuana in a horse trailer in a barn located on the property. Anthony D. Rustin was charged with Trafficking Marijuana Over Five Pounds (Firearm Enhanced) 1st Offense and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (Firearm Enhanced) 1st Offense.
The Paducah Sun reported in the October 1, 2006 Sunday edition that Anthony Rustin was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail before he was released on a $3,000. bond on Saturday, September 30th.
October 2, 2006, Monday. Caldwell County District Court Records show that Anthony D. Rustin appeared before Judge Jill Clark and entered a not guilty plea and waived the 10 - 20 day time limits on trafficking in marijuana over 5 pounds and drug paraphernalia possession. A preliminary hearing was set for October 23.
October 23, 2006, Monday. Anthony Rustin appeared before Judge Jill Clark in the Caldwell County District Court. The preliminary hearing was reset for November 6th at 1:00 because the state's witness did not appear. Time limits were waived by Rustin and his attorney.
November 6, 2006. Monday. Anthony D. Rustin appeared in Caldwell County District Court before Judge Jill Clark for a preliminary hearing. The prosecuting attorney and the Kentucky State Police agreed to return to Anthony Rustin a 1998 Dodge truck and personal effects that were siezed during the drug bust. The Kentucky State Police maintained possession of the horse trailer in which the marijuana was found, $2800 in cash, weapons found in the house, 8 1/2 pounds of marijuana and some moonshine. Judge Jill Clark determined that probable cause was found for trafficking in marijuana over five pounds and drug paraphernalia possession and has sent the case to the grand jury.
COMMONWEALTH VS. ANTHONY D. RUSTIN, docket number 06-F-00134, is scheduled for REVIEW on January 8, 2007 at 9:30 A.M. in Courtroom 2 of the Caldwell County District Court.
Grand Jury in session January 8 and February 6, 2007. The Caldwell County District Court Grand Jury indicted Anthony D. Rustin, 56, of 833 Creswell Road, Princeton, KY., on charges of trafficking in marijuana over 5 pounds, first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.
